Parallel Data Acquisition Module

Toronto, Canada - GAO Tek Inc. has launched its parallel data acquisition module. It is designed for quick and easy parallel data acquisition and allows time-phase sensitive acquisition to be carried out using a computer.

This parallel data acquisition module, model A0K00001, features parallel design, 2 independent programmable gain channels and high accuracy with phase consistency. Demo source code is provided for common development platforms to support technical development. The acquisition module offers triggering sources including software (manual), internal and external triggering. It has a memory depth of 4 M/ch which can be extended to 8 M/ch or 16 M/ch. This data acquisition board boasts a wide sampling rate ranging from 1 k to 20 M with a low inter-channel phase difference of less than 1°. In addition, it provides ±40 mV to ±40 V voltage signal acquisition with toolkit.

This parallel data acquisition module belongs to GAO’s family of PC104 Data Acquisition Modules. A similar product in this line is parallel data acquisition module which is equipped with two high-speed 40 MS/s ADCs with 12 bit A/D resolution and is designed for time-phase sensitive acquisition. Portable Digital Scope w/FFT

Toronto, Canada – GAO Tek Inc. has launched its portable digital scope w/FFT with 20 types of automatic measurements. It is commonly used for electronic circuit debugging, circuit testing, design and manufacture, education and training, automobile maintenance and testing.

This 2 channel digital storage oscilloscope, model A0110001, is available in three different bandwidths of 25, 60 or 100 MHz and comes complete with 2 passive probes which are switchable between 1:1 and 10:1 input ratio. It can detect the average and peak values of a waveform and can store up to 5000 waveform points per channel. It provides a real-time sampling rate of 100 MSa/s and a rise time of less than 14 ns. The digital scope provides an autoscale function, multiple-waveform calculation function, FFT function and automatic settings function for fast set up. It offers advanced triggering functions including edge trigger, video trigger and alternate trigger. 100 MHz USB PC Based Oscilloscope

Toronto, Canada - GAO Tek Inc. has launched its 100 MHz USB PC based oscilloscope which is a high performance 8-bit, two-channel computer based USB digital storage oscilloscope. This digital oscilloscope, model A0110002, integrates a digital oscilloscope (DSO), a digital multimeter (DMM) and a cymometer into one unit. Handheld CATV Signal Analyzer

Toronto, Canada - GAO Tek Inc. is offering its handheld CATV signal analyzer. It accurately measures CATV TILT and trunk cable voltage. This easy-to-use signal analyzer is specially designed and manufactured for CATV system installation, testing and maintenance.

This handheld CATV signal analyzer, model A0N00002, operates at a level frequency range of 46 to 870 MHz with a resolution bandwidth of 280 ± 50 kHz. It features high-speed measurement, auto-off time setup and auto scan testing. This portable CATV signal analyzer provides DVB-C digital signal testing including average peak power, MER, BER, and C/N. The instrument tests CATV signal level in both channel and frequency modes. In channel mode, the signal analyzer scans all channels and stores the signal levels; in frequency mode, the spectrum is displayed and the frequency range is tested. USB Arbitrary Function Generator

This USB arbitrary function generator, model A0210002, operates over a wide frequency range of 0.1 Hz to 25 MHz. It features high frequency accuracy, high waveform resolution, and high reliability due to the implementation of DDS (Direct Digital Synthesized) technology. It generates regular waveforms such as Sine, Square, Triangle, Saw-tooth, TTL, White Noise, Gaussian Noise, Trapezoid, Exponent and AM and FM signals. High-Performance PCM Channel Analyzer

Toronto, Canada – GAO Tek Inc. is offering its high-performance PCM channel analyzer which incorporates a generator and receiver into a single unit. It performs tests for level, variation of gain with frequency, variation of gain with input level, quantizing distortion, idle channel noise, crosstalk, return loss and longitudinal conversion loss.

This PCM channel analyzer, model A0070001, features a portable design, built-in direct current loop feed circuit and direct current loop hold circuit. It provides both auto and manual measurement modes and performs multi-task operations which allows for simultaneous testing and reviewing of previous records. It also performs end to end test and loop-back test. This analyzer provides a signal frequency range of 100 to 4000 Hz and an output level range of 6 to -61 dBm0. It compares the measured results with built-in standard ITU-T tolerance masks and evaluates whether the results indicate a pass or fail. This channel analyzer has a storage capacity of up to 60 groups of measurement results and configurations. In addition, test results are displayed graphically and can be uploaded to a computer for further analysis, filing and printing via embedded software which can be upgraded online.

Double Clamp Earth Resistance Tester

Portable DC Ground Fault Locator
