This easy-to-use analyzer, model801, features a compact size, a large TFT LCD touch screen and high reliability. High Performance 1000Base-T SFP Copper Transceiver

Toronto, Canada – GAO Tek Inc. recommends its high performance and cost effective 1000Base-T SFP copper transceiver which is designed for single mode (SM) optical fiber. This transceiver is compliant with Gigabit Ethernet and 1000BASE-T standards as specified in IEEE802.3-2002 and IEEE 802.3ab for 1.25 Gigabit over unshielded twisted-pair category-5 cable. It ofers 1000Mbps full duplex data-links with 5-level Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) signals. This transceiver is also compliant with RoHS, SFP MSA, FCC 47 SFR Part 15, Class B and SONET/SDH recommendations for OC-48 specifications. It is widely used in serial telecom and datacom applications.

This 1000Base-T SFP copper transceiver, model HTSFP-24-111X, features low power consumption, operates at the wavelength of 1310nm and offers excellent immunity to interference. It is composed of two sections: a transmitter section and a receiver section. The transmitter section incorporates FP and a driver IC with temperature compensation and an automatic power control circuit. The receiver section incorporates an efficient InGaAs/InP PIN photodiode and trans-impedance with AGC for wide dynamic rage. This transceiver has a small form factor package, a compact RJ-45 connector assembly, a LVPECL data interface which simplifies interfacing to external circuitry and an EEPROM which is used to store detailed product information. In addition, the physical layer IC can be accessed via 2-wire serial bus.

High-Performance Universal Programmer Features Automatic Identification

It is capable of handing many different devices including Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), Programmable Logic Devices (PLD), flash microcontrollers and serial or parallel memory.

This upgraded universal programmer, model VP380, includes a 48-pin ZIF socket that can be used for 8-pin to 48-pin DIP package devices. It features a high programming speed, test vector capability, multi-array fuse map editor, device insertion detection and poor-pin-contact check. This optimized universal programmer automatically identifies the manufacturer and type of EPROMs and TTL/CMOS logic IC and tests TTL/CMOS logic ICs and dynamic/static random access memory devices. Digital Color Video Quad Processor

High Performance Graphic Multimeter Features Screen Hold Function

High-performance Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer Features Wide Pulse Width

Toronto, Canada GAO Tek Inc. has launched its high performance Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) which is designed to measure unit, connection or transmission loss and locate faults and breaks in optical fibers. The mini-OTDR is widely used in the manufacture, construction and maintenance of optical networks.

This lightweight OTDR, model 6413, reads and writes files in Bellcore GR196 file format and offers a long identification range from 1.6km to 512km. It features 1.6m short event dead zone, 0.1m sample resolution with 65k sampling points, pulse widths ranging from 10ns to 20,480ns and a high dynamic range of 42dB to 40dB which ensures accurate signal processing. The rugged OTDR provides a USB interface for data transmission and also transmits data to a PC via a serial or parallel interface. FC and UPC connectors are provided for selection. The high performance OTDR works continuously for eight hours when it is fully charged; battery levels are displayed accordingly.
